On May 19, 2020, Nancy Bormann, a farmer from Kossuth County, told Dustin Hoffman, a farm broadcaster with the Iowa Agribusiness Radio Network, that changing your mindset is the biggest obstacle to adding a new 4R Plus practices.

In the interview, Bormann said when they began reducing tillage, their goal was to save some money and time. Now in their no-till, strip-till system, they are controlling erosion and improving soil structure.
