Adam Nechanicky, a farmer from Tama County, told Dustin Hoffman, a farm broadcaster with the Iowa Agribusiness Radio network, he adopts conservation and nutrient stewardship practices to keep the soil healthy and on his farm where it’s most valuable for crop production.

In the interview, Nechanicky provided encouragement to producers to incorporate 4R Plus practices on their farms.
